Mandate & Priorities
The Justice and Constitutional Affairs ministry plays a central role in delivering on the state's development agenda. Working in close coordination with the Office of the President and the Council of Ministers, the ministry sets policy direction, implements programmes and monitors service delivery across districts.
Priorities include institutional capacity-building, inclusive participation of communities, and strong partnerships with the federal government, civil society and development partners.
Through transparent governance and accountability, the ministry contributes to the broader vision of peace, unity and prosperity for the people of South East State of Somalia.
